Cancellation & Refunds


This Privacy Policy describes your privacy rights regarding our collection, use, storage, sharing and protection of your personal information. It applies to the Medh Academy website and all related sites, applications, services and tools regardless of how you access or use them.

What are the scenarios in which a Franchisee can expect a payment return?

1) Franchisee Cancellation: Whenever a franchisee wants to cancel the franchisee with Medh Academy it has to give Medh one month prior notice and we will complete the full and final settlement process within one month and refund the balance amount the franchisees if any via Cheque/DD/Online Transfer.

2) Student Admission Cancellation: If student cancels the admission within 15 days of enrollment, Medh shall refund the royalty within 30 calendar days via Cheque/DD/Online Transfer.

3) In case of disputes please write an email to our escalation department on escalations@medhacademy.com and our escalation team will assist you to resolve your disputes effectively.
